Kevin Carney on the Stimulus
In an opinion piece in the Baltimore Examiner, Carney says: "Governmental spending controls and reduced taxes are the remedy for recessions and pave the way to long-term growth of jobs and incomes. Economic growth will be the only way to pay for the enormous debt of these stimulus plans."
